CANVAS CITY HOMES GWX


Construction at Canvas GWX is back in full swing after storm related delays in October! The westernmost units are nearing completion, with completion expected to be coming in the next 75 days! The main focus on the west end of the property is the necessary site work, driveways, and landscaping needed to receive certificate of occupancy, while inside the construction team is wrapping flooring and trim installation. On the eastern side of the site, we're making great progress with drywall and paint, plus cabinet and countertop installation has begun in some units.

We are currently waiting for the builder to provide an updated schedule/timeline for completion of all units/buildings in phase 1 of Canvas GWX. If you are under contract on a townhouse, you will receive an email from our team in the next week with more details specific to your unit and building.
