- Growing Gasworx District: A Closer Look

- Walkable Warehouse Arts: A Closer Look
Canvas City Homes WAD in St Petersburg recently completed construction on all 10 units, and 6 remain available. The neighborhood has long been home to artist lofts and studios, and more recently, breweries, distilleries and nightlife. As St Pete continues to grow, the neighborhood will become even more of a destination. Below are a few notable highlights of what the neighborhood will look like in the near future! WAREHOUSE ARTS DISTRICT The biggest change will be to the 22nd St corridor. City council just approved the zoning change in May 2024. T he master plan website has links to renderings, plans, and some recent news articles.
