BOOTLEGGER

Originally built as the J.H. Graham Bottling Works Factory, this industrial property underwent an adaptive reuse designation, turning a historic 23,000 square foot structure into 22 residential flats. Characterized by stately oak trees, brick streets and turn of the century bungalows, ‘The Heights’ have always played a central role in Tampa’s history serving as bedroom communities for the wealthy residents who worked in and around downtown and Ybor City in the early 1900’s. Today the charming bungalow neighborhoods are experiencing a modern rebirth with major capital investment in single family homes, commercial buildings and new developments.
